Affiliate programs make reaching new customers with promotion code a bit easier.  Allow users to sign up and offer them incentives for bringing new customers to your site.  Giving each a unique promotion code, you can compensate the users based on a set pay plan.  This, when coupled with a small discount for the new customers, is effective for bringing the hits to your site.   A bonus for the best producers among the affiliates does wonders as well.  Set the bar high to make sure that all are working their hardest to bring you customers.

Advertising through other web sites also offers numerous opportunities to bring in new customers.  Find web sites that sell advertising based on the number of hits they bring in.  Produce a banner ad with a promotion code embedded.  This promotion code will give the best statistics about which advertising promotion campaign is working for you.  Each month, look over the statistics and determine which markets you wish to continue using. This will save you money once you have found the website that gave you the most visits from its pages.
